Ingredients
2 1/2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce [simple syrup](https://www.liquor.com/recipes/simple-syrup/)
Garnish: lime wheel
Steps
1. Add the gin, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or an rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel.

1 ounce sweet vermouth

Steps
1. Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3. Garnish with an orange peel.

50ml soda water
50ml tonic water
1/4 Grapefruit
Steps
1. Pack a large glass with lots of ice, add a wedge of Grapefruit, then pour over 50ml Black Brim gin.
2. Top with 50ml soda water and 50ml tonic water.
